chemiluminescence (CL). The estimation of Н2О2induced luminol dependent CL was carried out within 10 seconds on analyser AutoLuman Plus LB 953 of Berhold Technologies company (Germany). Statistical treatment was carried out via program Statistica 6.5. Results By comparison of free radical processes FRP with different levels of HbA1 it was stated that the content of EGH in plasma of patients in 1st group was twice as high as in 2nd group. The lower factors of fast burst amplitude (H) by 27% (p<0,05) and an increase of light sum (Sm) by 38% (p<0,05) were revealed in blood of patients of 2nd group as compared to patients with HbA1 at level 4,2-6,1. As for patients of 1st group, after espousing to hypobaric oxygenation the decrease of EGH (by 42%; p<0,05) and the increase of TPA (by 62%; p<0,05) could be seen in plasma. Within 3rd series of experiment the following changes in FRP were revealed. Introduction to cortexin forwarded the decrease of EGH for 82% (p<0,01) and 109% (p<0,01) of patients with HbA1 at levels 4,26,1 and 6,2-12,0 respectively. Introduction of pinealon forwarded EGH decrease only in 1st group (by 24%; p<0,05). Introduction to cortexin forwarded the decrease of TPA in blood plasma of patients in 1st group by 33% (p<0,05), and the increase in 2nd group by 47% (p<0,05), as compared to control. Introduction to pinealon forwarded the increase of TPA in both groups (p<0,05). The CL factors, that is H and Sm, of 1st group introduced to cortexin were much higher (p<0,05) than of cortexin 2nd group, and especially than of pinealon 1st and 2nd groups. H and Sm factors in blood plasma, incubated with pinealon, didn’t differ within patients with different levels of HbA1; those factors didn’t differ from control factors as well. The researches were held within scope of basic part of government business of Ministry of Education and Research № 1878 “The design of fundamental aspects of molecular diagnostics and mitochondrial pharmacology”.
