These inspections of understanding and the use of twenty set phrases by group of pupils of the sixth class of boarding school for children with violations of the musculoskeletal device of Saratov are given. Results of the analysis of oral answers of school students on interpretation of the allocated phraseological units and written compositions with use of a turn "are described the soul went to heels". It is noted that frazema even on average school age cause difficulties in understanding, despite all-common use and "transparency" of semantics of the selected units. The author comes to a conclusion that characteristic violations in understanding and the use of phraseological units by the chosen children are caused by specifics of the disease, but direct dependence between a lexico-semantic speech underdevelopment at the level of phraseological system and a form or severity of a cerebral palsy isn't revealed. Children of middle school age with a cerebral palsy are ready to mastering figurative sense of the word and to perception of set phrases, but it is necessary to consider the mental features of children caused by violations of the motive analyzer.
